Corporate Strategy Associate, Global Bank

We are now working with a global investment bank who are looking to add a Strategy Associate to their team.

In this role, you'll:

• Undertaking in-depth analysis to support the development and track execution of Group Strategy

• Identify key issues and opportunities using internal and external sources to provide actionable strategy recommendations for the group

• Engage with Analysts and Directors on strategic reviews to improve the quality of strategic planning, performance management, accountability, and governance

• Ensure timely consideration of market, industry, and competitor analysis to support planning and performance management activities

• Undertaking quantitative analysis of market drivers, internal performance trends, and M&A-related opportunities

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Experience working within a Strategy role in a Consultancy function is essential

• Demonstrable experience working within Financial Services, preferably within Banking

• Demonstrable communication and critical thinking skills, including Excel modelling (forecasting/budget), and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at various levels of seniority

• Proven history of building strong working relationships and acting as a trusted business partner with stakeholders at all levels, across multiple businesses, functions, and geographies
