Location: Cheltenham, Bristol, or Cardiff - Hybrid Working Available

Are you a qualified tax professional with a passion for innovation, compliance, and client service? This is an excellent opportunity to step into an Associate Manager role within a forward-thinking corporate tax and R&D advisory team, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across the region.

You'll be working in a collaborative, people-first environment that actively supports hybrid working and career progression.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients across sectors, including R&D tax relief and Patent Box claims (training provided if you're not familiar with Patent Box)

• Overseeing full compliance responsibilities and handling ad hoc tax project work

• Advising clients on R&D legislation, qualifying expenditure, and technical eligibility in line with HMRC guidance

• Preparing and reviewing corporation tax computations and tax disclosures for financial statements

• Liaising with internal and external specialists on complex technical matters

What you'll need:

• ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified

• Solid experience in corporate tax compliance

• Exposure to R&D tax relief claims (Patent Box knowledge beneficial but not essential)

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients

• Commercial awareness and attention to technical detail
