Job Description - Corporate Tax Assistant Manager

Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be working with a prestigious and forward-thinking firm of Chartered Accountants in Newcastle upon Tyne in the search for a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager. Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients
  • Reviewing and preparing corporate tax computations and returns
  • Providing tax planning and advisory support to clients
  • Assisting with tax audits and investigations
  • Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
  • Liaising with HMRC and other external bodies where required
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified (or close to qualification)
  • Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax legislation
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
