Corporate Tax Compliance Manager

A fast-growing National Tax Practice is seeking a Corporate Tax Compliance Manager to join its team. Ideally, you will be situated within a commutable distance of its prestigious City Centre offices in Birmingham or Manchester. You will receive a salary commensurate with experience (guide £55,000 to £85,000), plus a flexible benefits package and an employee share scheme. What we’re looking for in a Corporate Tax Compliance Manager:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience working in a tax compliance role and a good understanding of tax compliance/accounting. We are also open to applications from Senior Tax Managers in these locations.

Skills & experience:

• CTA/AT/ACA Qualified (although QBE candidates may be considered)
• Client focused and confident in working with Intermediaries
• Ambitious and motivated
• Familiar with the tax treatment of accruals/provisions, and of exceptional terms, Loss relief planning, deferred tax workings, and confident in handling consolidated accounts.
• Some exposure to international tax would be an asset, but not essential.

As Corporate Tax Compliance Manager, you will be working in a hybrid format, with either the Birmingham or Manchester offices as your base. Flexible working practices and a healthy work/life balance are encouraged.
