Corporate Tax Director

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Tax Director to join my clients team in their Finchley, North London offices on a Hybrid basis.

As part of the management team, you will provide direction and leadership within your service line in accordance with the companies culture and values, including formulating plans and policies and ensuring our strategic and operational objectives are met.

Client experience:
Oversee a portfolio of high-value corporate clients, providing expert tax compliance and advisory services. Build strong relationships, acting as their trusted adviser and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Team management:
Coach and mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Skills and experience:

In order to successfully provide comprehensive tax advice on a range of complex issues, we expect you to have advanced technical knowledge in areas including transfer pricing, R&D tax relief, group reorganisations, patent box.

Although not an integral part of the role, you will contribute to business development initiatives, building relationships with potential clients and collaborating with directors to expand our corporate tax offering.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have:

• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax law and regulations
• Experience in corporate tax compliance
• Excellent client relationship management skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and results-oriented approach
• Ability to work on multiple complex assignments
• Qualified CTA, ATT, ACA or ACCA
