Corporate Tax Director M&A

You will assist the Corporate Tax Partners in running the team, ensuring market penetration, cross-selling and up selling. On a regular basis, you will take the lead of Corporate Tax Advisory and also M&A Tax projects, including Tax Due Diligence.

This role would suit someone who enjoys M&A Tax and wants to do more, or else feels their Director promotion path is hard to achieve where they are.

You will have a UK Tax qualification and a track record of managing client relationships and winning additional advisory and ancillary work from them.
