Job Description - Corporate Tax Manager

Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Bristol, recruiting for a Corporate Tax Manager on their behalf. The successful candidate will take on a key role managing a varied portfolio of corporate clients, offering expert tax compliance and advisory services. You’ll work closely with senior management and partners, contributing to the firm’s continued growth while mentoring and supporting junior team members. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring compliance and providing proactive advice
  • Review and prepare corporate tax returns and computations
  • Provide tax planning and advisory services to a diverse client base
  • Support junior staff through training and technical guidance
  • Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients
  • Assist with business development and client relationship management
Requirements
  • CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
