We are actively seeking a dedicated Corporate Tax Manager to manage and oversee tax-related operations within our professional services department. The role requires an individual with a strong understanding of tax regulations and an ability to strategise company-wide tax planning.

Description

• Oversee and manage all corporate tax planning and compliance for the company.
• Ensure accurate and timely tax returns in accordance with current legislation.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimise tax liabilities.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on tax-related matters to senior management and stakeholders.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.
• Monitor and analyse changes in tax legislation and regulations to assess potential impact on the company.
• Prepare and present tax reports to senior management.
• Foster and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and external agencies.

Profile

A successful Corporate Tax Manager should have:

• Complete ATT & CTA qualifications.
• Demonstrable experience in a similar role, particularly within the professional services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of tax laws and corporate tax planning.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
