Location: West Midlands, B69

Salary: Up to £70,000!

I am seeking a dynamic Corporate Tax Manager to join their thriving Midlands Tax team. Whether you're an ambitious Assistant Manager ready to step up or an experienced Manager seeking fresh challenges with serious progression prospects, this full-time permanent role could be your perfect next chapter.

Responsibitlities -

Strategic Tax Leadership:

• Partner closely with tax partners on cutting-edge UK and cross-border special projects
• Oversee complex compliance work for an impressive client portfolio spanning owner-managed businesses to quoted groups
• Drive business development initiatives and generate exciting new opportunities

Client Excellence:

• Lead sophisticated tax advisory projects with direct partner reporting
• Manage compliance for larger, more complex clients
• Build and nurture valuable client relationships
• Identify and develop additional service opportunities across corporate taxes, VAT, personal taxes, payroll, and corporate finance

Team Development:

• Provide on-the-job coaching and training to developing colleagues
• Share your expertise and knowledge to elevate team performance
• Participate in firm-wide activities and shape our collective success

The Individual -

Essential Qualifications:

• ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification
• Significant corporate tax and accounting experience across advisory and compliance projects
• Proven track record in developing new business opportunities
• Genuine passion for exceptional client service

Ideal Experience Includes:

• Managing compliance for large corporate groups
• R&D tax expertise
• Property taxes and capital allowances knowledge
• Group restructuring experience
• Cross-border tax advisory work
