An award-winning, top 50 accounting firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to work with other managers and directors to lead the service line and deliver corporate tax support to a diverse client base.

Role Responsibilities

• Prepare and review reports for Research and Development tax credits, capital allowances, share schemes, due diligence and corporate restructuring.
• Provide feedback and technical input on reports drafted by colleagues.
• Oversee billing cycles to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Support the growth and development of team members through performance reviews and goal setting.
• Act as the primary contact for clients on a daily basis, identifying problems and providing solutions.
• Ensure Client Relationship Managers are well informed and receive regular updates on project progress.

Personal Requirements

• CTA/ AAT/ ACA/ ACCA qualified.
• Minimum of two years post-qualification experience in practice.
• Experience in capital gains, allowances, income tax, tax advisory, corporate tax, international tax, budget management, certified public accounting and incorporation work.
