Corporate Tax Manager

A growing and forward thinking firm of Accountants are currently looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join their team of corporate tax experts, where you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients, gaining exposure across a range of industries and sectors. We're looking for…

• A qualified CA and/or CTA (or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in corporate or private client tax advisory, ideally at Assistant Manager grade or above.
• Strong technical knowledge in business reorganisations, exits, EOTs, MVLs, and family succession issues.
• A proven track record of delivering tax due diligence assignments and managing corporate tax compliance portfolios.
• Leadership experience, including mentoring or coaching in a professional setting.
