Description

Your role:

• Manage client relationships and deliver high levels of client service.
• Advise clients on tax planning and tax issues.
• Manage the delivery of key tax projects, combining technical excellence with a practical solutions-driven approach.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in tax law and the economic and business environment to ensure arrangements are robust and future-proof.
• Identify and advise on tax issues arising as part of new client engagements and to manage projects.
• Manage a portfolio of clients.
• Supervise, coach and develop junior members of staff within teams, on client premises and in the office.

Profile

A successful Corporate Tax Manager should have:

• Relevant tax experience in a professional services firm.
• Proven experience in client handling and managing a busy portfolio.
• Excellent team-working skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong technical skills and keen to develop further.
• Ability to build strong client relationships.
• Experience in dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals.
• Ability to act as a role model for trainees and executives.
