About the Role:

This Corporate Tax Manager position offers an exciting mix of compliance, advisory, and project-based work with the opportunity to grow into a Directorship role. You’ll manage a diverse and growing portfolio of clients in the high-tech startup sector, where your expertise will directly impact their success. You’ll oversee a team while working closely with senior leadership to drive client strategy and deliver bespoke tax solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in corporate tax, ideally within the VC and PE-backed high-tech startup sector.
CTA qualified (or equivalent) with a solid understanding of both compliance and advisory work.
Proven experience managing a team, driving both their development and the team’s success.
Ability to work on high-level projects and provide strategic insight to clients.
Strong communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
