Join a dynamic Corporate Tax team and manage a diverse portfolio, delivering both corporate tax compliance and advisory services. This is a client -facing role with exposure to UK and international clients, providing varied and challenging technical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient delivery of the tax compliance process, including tax accounting
  
• Conduct detailed technical research and respond to ad -hoc technical queries from clients and internal teams
  
• Identify and contribute to advisory opportunities within allocated client portfolios
  
• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior team members
  
• Advise on complex technical areas, including capital allowances, R&D tax relief, transfer pricing, Substantial Shareholdings Exemption, Controlled Foreign Companies, Corporate Interest Restriction, Withholding Tax, and Double Taxation Relief, with support from specialist colleagues as needed
  
• Support stand -alone tax advisory projects, including structuring acquisitions or disposals, transaction support, and due diligence
  

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent, with several years of post -qualification experience in corporation tax
  
• Strong UK tax technical skills
  
• Proven ability to analyze technical queries and provide robust solutions and advice
  
• Project management skills—able to plan, prioritize, and deliver work to deadlines and budgets
  
• Experience delivering high -quality work and taking ownership of outputs
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Strong client focus and commitment to building client relationships
  
• Ability to work collaboratively within various teams and departments
  
• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
