Pro-Tax are partnering with a well-established Corporate Tax team operating at mid-tier level but often competing head-to-head with the Big 4 on advisory mandates. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join their high-performing London office.

With one of the strongest reputations for Business Tax services in the UK, this is an outstanding opportunity for a client-facing advisor to work across a diverse and dynamic mid-market portfolio.

The Role

As Corporate Tax Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality tax advisory services and supporting the Partner on a broad range of issues, including:

• Mergers & acquisitions
• International and cross-border tax
• R&D tax
• Transfer pricing
• Corporate restructuring and group tax planning

You'll also support the development and mentoring of junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally with other service lines.

What we're looking for

• ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong UK corporate tax advisory experience
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver complex tax solutions
• A proactive and collaborative team player keen to grow within the firm
