• Review corporation tax computations prepared by junior staff
• Guide, coach and mentor Tax Associates and Executives, providing clear and constructive feedback
• Build lasting relationships with clients across a wide variety of industriesLiaise with colleagues across audit, accounts, and business advisory to ensure compliance requirements are met
• Support senior tax leaders with advisory assignments and one-off project work
• Influence the growth and strategic direction of the Birmingham tax practice

This role offers flexibility and can be shaped to reflect your professional interests-be it coaching, compliance leadership, or expanding your advisory remit.

• ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified (or equivalent), with solid corporate tax compliance experience
• Proven ability to review tax work and support junior team development
• Commercial awareness and confidence to interact directly with clients
• A proactive mindset and desire to contribute to a thriving, collaborative team
