Title: Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager to join a Chartered Practice in Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Corporate Tax compliance for a varied portfolio of businesses, including UK subsidiaries of international groups and local owner-managed enterprises with turnovers exceeding £10m, spanning multiple sectors.
• Review and oversee the preparation of corporation tax returns.
• Provide expert advice to clients on tax payment strategies.
• Conduct capital allowance reviews and collaborate with R&D specialists.
• Act as the primary tax advisor for assigned clients, addressing advisory needs arising from compliance work.
• Handle client queries across a range of tax issues.
• Assist in managing the corporate tax team under the guidance of the Tax Director, supporting junior team members.
• Work closely with the Tax Director on strategic advisory projects.

Requirements:
• Qualified CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent by experience.
• Extensive experience in a senior role within a Corporate Tax team
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Corporate Tax.
• Minimum of 5 years' dedicated experience in Corporate Tax roles.
