Job Title: Corporate Tax Senior / Assistant Manager

Location: Southampton Office, SO14

Salary: Up to £50,000!

What You'll Do:

• Provide specialist tax advice on complex issues to senior management teams
• Manage a substantial client portfolio profitably while identifying growth opportunities
• Lead project teams and mentor junior staff
• Actively develop new client relationships and expand services with existing clients
• Work collaboratively across the multidisciplinary teams

What You'll Bring:

• Deep tax expertise - In-depth, current knowledge with ability to handle complex tax matters
• Leadership experience - Proven project and staff management skills
• Commercial acumen - Experience managing client portfolios and business development
• Senior stakeholder management - Comfortable dealing with C-suite executives
• Strong credentials - Degree qualified and/or CTA/ACA qualified (or equivalent)
• Post-qualified experience - Demonstrable track record in a senior tax role
