We’re looking for a Senior Corporate Tax Manager to join the team in London. This is a client-facing, advisory-led role (approx. 80% advisory, 20% compliance), managing a portfolio of complex clients ranging from OMBs and groups to sector-specific companies.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading on tax advisory assignments: reorganisations, R&D tax, share schemes, international tax, and more

Managing your own corporate tax portfolio, including compliance, planning, and HMRC liaison

Identifying tax planning opportunities and supporting partners

Mentoring junior staff and helping shape a high-performing, collaborative tax team

What We’re Looking For

CTA qualified (or ACA/ACCA with strong corporate tax experience)

Practice experience essential

Comfortable handling detailed HMRC enquiries and complex advisory work

A proactive, commercially minded tax specialist who can build strong client relationships
