A leading Midlands accounting practice is recruiting a Tax Senior Manager with a a corporate or mixed tax background to work directly with a Tax Partner who is specifically seeking to identify and develop their successor.

About The Role: You'll collaborate with the Tax Partner on advisory work, business development, client delivery and relationship management across our expanding practice.
Your Responsibilities:

• Execute regional tax strategy alongside the Tax Partner
• Provide expert advice on succession planning, business restructuring, HMRC enquiries, IHT/CGT planning, corporate taxation, employee incentives, and residency issues
• Handle complex client tax queries
• Support compliance reviews and planning meetings
• Monitor project financials and budgets
• Work cross-functionally with partners across the firm

Requirements:

• CTA qualification
• Tax advisory and compliance experience
• Note: Corporate tax specialists welcome with willingness to develop broader tax expertise
• Strong HMRC and stakeholder relationship management skills
• Excellent client relationship abilities
• Technical proficiency with commercial awareness
• Effective project management capabilities
