Cosmetics Counter Manager

Clinique are seeking a Retail Counter Manager to join their dynamicTravel Retail business based within the World Duty Free stores at Heathrow airport.
Heathrow is Europe's leading airport location so we are seeking suitable people with experience in managing a fast paced busy environment, to lead, coach and develop our team of Beauty Advisors to achieve commercial success. This role is perfect for someone who wants to work in a very high profile role, within a busy retail store, with a luxury skincare brand.
The role of Counter Manager involves;
Achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators for the Clinique brand
Embedding and leading by example for delivering Clinique service standards to travelling passengers
Creating business planning and forecasting for in-store events following the Clinique Marketing calendar
Maintaining store standards from stock management, to testers and the overall image of the brand in store in line with brand guidelines

Ideal candidates will have some of the following experience:
Previous management experience either with a Beauty brand or within a retailer
Enthusiasm and energy for the brand and retailing cosmetics products
Excellence in standards of Customer service
People management experience, from recruiting to managing on a day to day basis the operational and team management
Be flexible and agile in day-to-day operations in line with the Travel Retail industry demands
At Clinique we also provide two self-learning platform to further develop your knowledge and skills as a Counter Manager. We also encourage the use of social media channels to advocate and maintain brand awareness.

Working in the Airport:
Applicants must have an in-date passport to work in the airport
To obtain an airside pass,you must be able to provide a checkable 5 years work/education history and have asatisfactory security clearance from the relevant airport authority and CRC check
Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
