Company Overview:

A prominent entity in the packaging and cosmetics sector is seeking a Project Manager for their London office. This role is integral to driving the development of new packaging solutions, from the design phase through to production and delivery, as part of an international team.

Ideal Candidate:
Should have a background in color cosmetics and skincare, with a strong understanding of packaging processes.
Must have previously held a customer-facing role and be familiar with the nuances of client engagement in this sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee several projects from inception to completion, ensuring they adhere to timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Act as the main point of contact for customers, cultivating strong professional relationships.
Coordinate across different departments, including Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Formulation, Design, and Engineering, to ensure project success.
Manage all aspects of concept and tooling development, trial runs for filling, artwork coordination, and establishing filling/assembly specifications.
Responsible for the financial aspects of design and development, including cost analysis and negotiation, leading up to the delivery of the product.
Build and maintain relationships with crucial stakeholders inside and outside the company.
Address potential project risks, problem-solve proactively, and find effective solutions.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar project management role, preferably within the Cosmetics/Health & Beauty Manufacturing sectors.
A degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
Solid working knowledge of MS Office suite and project management software like MS Project.
