Cost Consultant Fire Remediation

We're hiring an experienced Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor to support a major building safety and fire remediation programme. You'll work closely with the delivery team to manage costs, ensure value for money, and help deliver safe, compliant residential buildings.

Responsibilities

Lead on cost planning, forecasting, and reporting across multiple remediation projects

Review and approve contractor valuations and invoices

Handle procurement, tenders, and contract preparation

Identify and manage commercial risks and change events

Support contractual negotiations, claims, and dispute resolution

Maintain accurate cost records, reports, and commercial documentation
