Are you a qualified Costing and Plant Accountant with a passion for manufacturing and a knack for turning numbers into strategic insights?

Here is your opportunity to join my client and we have partnered together exclusively to find YOU for this role.

This is an exciting role for the right person and a highly visible one working as part of the leadership team whilst reporting to the brilliant FD.

You will need to be an initiative-taking and analytical finance professional to lead the finance requirements of a busy manufacturing plant and with a passion for manufacturing and data-driven decision-making?

? Manage and maintain manufacturing costs

? Lead financial planning and reporting (IBP, GAP closing, CIP)

? Collaborate with production and supply chain teams

? Support strategic projects (OPEX and CAPEX)

? Drive transparency through CoGS and P&L analysis

What we are looking for from you:

• CIMA qualified
• Manufacturing experience and ideally FMCG
• Strong analytical & communication skills
• ERP & financial reporting experience

Remuneration in the range of £70,000/£75,000 p/a + Benefits + hybrid working + relocation package available if required

Location is South Wales, not far from the coast and commutable distance from the larger towns of Cardiff and Swansea.
