Exceptional Merseyside law firm is currently looking to recruit an experienced Costs Draftsman to join its close-knit team within either its Liverpool or Birkenhead offices.

As part of the Technical Costs Team, you will be predominately dealing with multi track RTA cases and fixed cost disputes.

This role would be suiting an experienced Costs Draftsperson who is able to manage their own caseload effectively and who is looking for a new opportunity that will give them exposure to a variety of high value cases.

Duties include:

• Drafting of bills of costs (Electronic & Paper)
• Dealing with Part 8 matters
• Dealing with Fixed Costs Disputes
• Drafting Estimates of Costs
• Preparing Points of Dispute/Replies
