• This specialist personal injury practice has its own costs team that handle all aspects of costs relating to PI and Clinical Negligence matters.
• Suitable candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience in costs litigation and will have a track record handling a fixed costs caseload reviewing inter partes disputes, negotiating settlement and preparing cases for summary and detailed assessment.
• You will work closely with partner in charge, managing your own caseload of files, utilising a case management system.
