Job Opportunity: Release Counselling Administrator - Surbiton

Location: Surbiton | Salary: £15,000 per year | Hours: 25 per week | Permanent Role

We're looking for a Release Counselling Administrator to join our team based at a housing site in Surbiton. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, help coordinate volunteer counsellors, manage appointments, keep accurate records, and support promotional and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, and online
• Schedule counselling appointments and manage diaries
• Maintain accurate client data and reporting
• Support financial processing of client payments
• Assist in marketing and outreach campaigns
• Liaise with local services and referral partners
• Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection standards
