Job Description - Count Manager




RGIS Count Manager -
Luton District


Due to continued strong
business growth, RGIS is recruiting additional Count Managers in
Luton and Peterborough.


These are exciting
opportunities for ambitious and motivated individuals looking not
only to lead high -performing teams, but to develop into broader
operational, training and recruitment responsibilities within a
growing district.


The Role

As a Count
Manager, you will lead teams of up to 45 people, delivering
stocktakes for major retail customers while ensuring accuracy,
efficiency and outstanding service.

You will
take ownership of team performance, customer satisfaction and data
integrity, playing a key leadership role within your district.

Our
structured Count Manager training programme will equip you with
the knowledge and confidence to operate RGIS systems and
successfully manage large teams.

Working Pattern

Due to the
nature of retail stocktaking, this role primarily operates Sunday
to Thursday and involves early morning, late evening and overnight shifts.

Flexibility is essential,
as working outside standard office hours is a core part of the
role. Schedules are released three weeks in advance, providing you
visibility and forward planning.

Requirements



·
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role

·
A flexible approach to working including the ability to work
shifts at a variety of times and locations

·
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

·
Good general IT skills

·
Excellent communication skills

·
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with
internal and external stakeholders including senior
managers

£12.90 Starting Rate during initial training, with further pay
increase on completion of training program
