Get to know the role:
Lead, develop and inspire a united team to achieve company goals.
Coaching and developing your team to achieve retail sales targets
Attract and retain a highly skilled retail team through the Orveon culture
Attract and retain customers through a unique brand experience
Primary Responsibilities:
Set clear goals to achieve retail sales targets & KPI’s in all categories, services, and appointments.
Lead your team to deliver Mindful Beauty Services to all customers
Drive and gain daily return appointment business
Create events and animation on counter and instore to drive sales
Traffic stop and engage new customers daily
Develop your team through leadership, coaching and educating
Concise Rota planning
Effective business planning on marketing calendar to drive new launches and elevate always- on brand Icons.
Strong communication & building retail relationships with store partners
Stock Management
Competitor Awareness
Maintain Education relationships to support team development and achieve retail sales
Celebrate Successes
Work as part of a team and deliver the bareMinerals story
Qualifications & Competencies:
Retail Management experience
Experience in coaching and leading a team
Understanding of KPIs and able to drive these across a team/business
Ability to influence and build external and internal relationships.
Demonstrable retail sales experience
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Demonstrate driving your business from planning through to execution and feedback
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, within a fast paced environment
Self-motivated and results driven
Flexibility to work key trading hours

Your enthusiasm and passion will shine through to the customer, as you share your extensive product knowledge and exceptional customer service, which is at the heart of all that bareMinerals stands for. You will connect with your customer in meaningful ways because we’ve never been content with just making them look beautiful - we want to make them feel beautiful. You’ll love creating the bareMinerals signature look and sharing all the on-counter services and events that we offer.
We'll provide you with the training and tools you need to ensure you can share you passion for our brand, and we'll empower you to be driven in achieving your own sales and striving toward your targets. You’ll always be ready to learn new skills to further your abilities and creativity. In return, you’ll be highly self-motivated, sales driven and enthusiastic. The bareMinerals counter gets busy during peak times so we expect you be able to be reactive as well as proactive and go out of your way to exceed your goals.
