In the role, you will be based fully on-site Monday to Friday, helping customers face-to-face at the trade counter and over the phone. You'll handle enquiries, take and process orders, offer product advice, and support warehouse operations like picking and packing when needed.

The Role:

• Deliver excellent service in person and over the phone

• Support sales and order processing at the trade counter
• Assist with picking and packing orders in the warehouse
