Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Shepshed, is seeking a reliable and skilled forklift driver to join their workshop team. This is a temp-to-perm role offering stability and career progression for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to safely transport goods and materials within the workshop.
• Loading and unloading deliveries efficiently and in line with health and safety standards.
• Supporting general workshop tasks when required, including assisting production and dispatch teams.
• Maintaining a clean and organized working environment.
• Labouring for the workshop floor.

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.
