Counterbalance / VNA Driver – Immediate Starts Available

We are currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance and VNA Drivers on behalf of our client, a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation.

Role Overview

As part of the warehouse team, your duties will include:

* Operating Counterbalance and VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) forklift trucks

* Working efficiently in a high-volume, fast-moving warehouse environment

* Using hand-held scanners for picking and stock control

* Loading, unloading, and moving stock safely

* Following all health & safety procedures and site regulations

* Supporting general warehouse operations when required

Requirements

* Valid Counterbalance and/or VNA licence

* Minimum 1–2 years' experience operating Counterbalance and VNA trucks

* Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment

* Experience using hand-held scanners is preferred

* Reliable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team

* Strong awareness of health & safety procedures

Shift Patterns (may vary)

* 06:00 – 14:00

* 14:00 – 22:00

* 22:00 – 06:00
