A leading international B2B services group is seeking a Country Director to lead its telecommunications business in Germany. This is a key leadership role with full accountability for commercial performance, customer growth, and operational delivery across a national, multi-site footprint.

The Role

The role involves leading Sales, Account Management, and Customer Service teams, driving new business acquisition, and developing effective supplier and pricing strategies. It also includes close collaboration with other business units to deliver integrated solutions across areas such as mobility, technology, and energy. The focus is on structured sales execution, cross-sell growth, and continuous performance improvement.

Candidates will bring senior leadership experience in telecoms or a comparable B2B service environment, with a strong track record of delivering commercial growth and managing dispersed teams. Experience in fast-paced, performance-led businesses is important. Fluency in German and English is preferred, along with flexibility to travel across key locations in Germany and to their international HQ.
