Role Overview:

We are seeking an Operations Manager for our client's Aberdeen office to manage daily operations, ensuring top-tier support for clients and effective P&L management. This role involves driving business growth and supporting key development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Grow the Aberdeen business, supported by the Country Manager and Regional Energy Business directors.
Lead the Scotland business, reporting to the Country Manager.
Manage staffing levels and monitor budgets.
Oversee P&L and ensure gross margins meet or exceed targets.
Develop and maintain client relationships, identify new opportunities.
Provide motivational management for operational, technical, and administrative functions.
Promote a ‘One Team’ culture.
Ensure high standards in contract delivery.
Qualifications:
Senior/Principal Engineer, Naval Architect, or Operations Manager.
Chartered Engineer or equivalent education and experience.
Minimum 10 years in offshore or marine industries.
Proven people management skills.
Experience in marine and engineering consultancy for offshore oil and gas markets.
Experience in executing business plans and project development.
Familiarity with vessel inspections and warranty surveys is a plus.
