We have a fantastic opportunity for a Courier Driver to join our team based in Shrewsbury.
This is a full time position (37.5 hrs p/w) working 09.00 - 17.00, Monday to Friday.
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of goods and equipment. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining effective communication with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
The role involves accurately completing both electronic and paper-based records for deliveries and collections, ensuring all courier tasks are carried out correctly and within scheduled timescales.
You will be required to load, unload, and move goods and equipment, which may involve heavy lifting and manual handling. This includes the use of tail lifts and roll cages.
The successful candidate will drive a range of vehicles, from small vans to 3.5-tonne Luton vans, all of which can be driven with a Category B UK manual driving licence.
