Court of Protection Fee Earner

Are you a Court of Protection Paralegal, Solicitor or Legal Executive/Fee Earner  looking to take the next step in your career at a specialised law firm that focuses on providing the best quality Court of Protection and Private Client work.

My client is currently looking for an experienced Court of Protection Legal Professional to bolster its close-knit and busy team, taking on a caseload of Court of Protection matters. 

Your duties would include handling your own caseload of matters, along with assisting a solicitor on more complex cases. The firm is looking to recruit for a Grade D or C fee earner – this will include preparing court bundles, liaising with clients, courts, and third parties, deputyship applications for health and welfare, as well as undertaking legal research.

You will have had Court of Protection experience and be passionate about this area of law. You will be a Grade C or D level Fee earner with the ability to slot straight into a busy court of protection team.
