About the role

Within this Court of Protection Paralegal role, your day-to-day duties may include:

• Dealing with applications to the Court of Protection on behalf of trusted parties to become legal deputy
• Legal support and dispute resolution
• Dealing with financial affairs
• Handling your own caseload with sensitivity and care

About you

The successful candidate for this Court of Protection Paralegal role will ideally have at least 6 months previous experience in a similar role, is looking to really make a difference with their work and can work well under pressure.
