Description

The Court of Protection Paralegal will:

• Assist in managing Court of Protection cases, ensuring all files are up-to-date and accurate.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence under the supervision of senior team members.
• Provide support in preparing applications to the Court of Protection.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation and decision-making.
