The role is a great opportunity for a Paralegal readily with CoP experience, looking to join a firm offering true career progression and exposure to high-quality matters within a team of talented and dedicated Legal Professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Independently and collaboratively assist on diverse Court of Protection matters
• Liaise with Clients and relevant third parties
• Conduct legal administrative duties including file management, legal drafting, legal research

Requirements:

• Strong academic background
• Paralegal experience within Court of Protection
• Strong understanding and knowledge of Mental Capacity Act 2005
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
