This is a niche Court of Protection role which sits within the firms' public law team. You'll manage your own caseload of Welfare Court of Protection cases while assisting partners and senior team members on high-value cases.

You will be at NQ to 4 years PQE ideally having trained or gained experience in a court of protection team and you'll be highly enthusiastic about working alongside key partners and senior associates, working with vulnerable clients, making your role highly rewarding. You'll need to be resilient and calm, always prioritising your clients' needs.
