OVERVIEW:
• This specialist law firm continues to experience significant success and goes from strength to strength in the sector.
• They are looking to appoint a Court of Protection Solicitor to join a team handling property and affairs work.
• You will manage your own caseload undertaking predominantly Expert Witness and Deputyship work, advising clients, families and support teams as well as external solicitors on a wide range of legal issues and undertake applications to Court.
• You can also expect to be assisting senior colleagues on complex cases.
• The successful Solicitor will have up to around 3 years’ PQE in Court of Protection work and will be able to demonstrate knowledge of funding options and welfare issues, as well exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
