Job Description - Cover Cleaner

    As a Cover Cleaner at our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards for our clients' spaces. You will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning duties at multiple locations, ensuring that all areas are kept clean, tidy, and presentable.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen areas
  • Empty and dispose of trash and recycling
  • Maintain supply levels and order new supplies when needed
  • Sanitize high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and counters
  • Follow established cleaning schedules and ensure tasks are completed within designated time frames
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure cleaning needs are met
  • Help train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and procedures

    Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and procedures
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
