Job Description - Cover Cleaner

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen areas
Empty and dispose of trash and recycling
Maintain supply levels and order new supplies when needed
Sanitize high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and counters
Follow established cleaning schedules and ensure tasks are completed within designated time frames
Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure cleaning needs are met
Help train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred
Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Good time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and procedures
Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
