Cover Manager - Berkshire, UK

Quantum Scholars are working with a secondary school in Berkshire who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Manager to start ASAP. This is a full-time, permanent role (7:00am - 3:15pm, term time only + inset days).

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise and manage daily staff cover (teaching and non-teaching)

• Deliver lessons using pre-prepared materials to full classes

• Maintain a positive, productive classroom environment

• Support continuity of learning by liaising with returning staff
