Bordon Area £93 per day | Full-Time | Long-Term Position | Immediate Start Available

Are you looking for a rewarding role supporting children with additional needs? We are currently seeking a dedicated and adaptable Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist educational setting in the Bordon area on a full-time, long-term basis.

This is a unique Cover LSA position, meaning you won't be assigned to one specific class. Instead, you'll provide support across the school wherever needed, working with a variety of age groups, classrooms and SEND needs. It's the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a team environment and can build positive relationships quickly.

The Role

• Full-time, Monday to Friday


• Immediate start available


• Long-term opportunity with potential for extension


• £93 per day


• Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs and disabilities


• Providing classroom support across different year groups and classes


• Assisting teachers with learning activities and classroom management


• Promoting pupil engagement, confidence and independence


• Helping maintain a safe, positive and supportive learning environment

About You

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable


• SEND experience is beneficial but not essential


• Positive, proactive and flexible approach


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• Patient, resilient and caring nature


• Passionate about making a difference in children's lives
