?? About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise lessons during the short-term absence of teaching staff

Ensure students remain on task and follow the lesson plan provided

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and engagement

? Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working in a school or with young people (desirable)

Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

A calm, professional and flexible approach

A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
