Role Purpose:

The Cover Supervisor will manage and oversee classes in the absence of regular teachers, ensuring that students continue their learning with minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and activities.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain discipline.
• Ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as taking attendance and recording student progress.
• Support extracurricular activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience working with secondary school students.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
