We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming primary school in Kettering, providing high-quality classroom supervision from Early Years through to Key Stage 2.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience working in schools, or for a graduate considering a future in teaching.

Confidently supervise whole classes across EYFS-KS2 during teacher absence

Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain a productive classroom environment

Build positive relationships with pupils and support their learning and behaviour

Be adaptable, proactive and calm under pressure

Work effectively as part of a supportive team
