Cover Supervisor – Enfield (Edmonton)

Are you confident, reliable and ready to take on a rewarding challenge in a dynamic secondary school setting? This thriving community school in Edmonton is looking for a committed Cover Supervisor who can bring presence, professionalism and positivity to the classroom.

With a unique 2–19 mixed -age structure and two well -established campuses, the school offers the best of both worlds: the breadth and energy of a large educational community paired with the warmth, support and close relationships often found in smaller schools. Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre -prepared lessons across a range of subjects in the teacher’s absence

• Maintain a calm, positive and productive learning environment

• Use effective behaviour management to support students’ focus and engagement

• Communicate clearly with staff and pupils to ensure continuity and consistency

• Contribute to the school’s strong culture of care, respect and resilience

Who We’re Looking For

• Someone confident with excellent communication skills

• A reliable, punctual individual who brings strong presence to the classroom

• Calm, adaptable and able to manage behaviour effectively

• Experience working with young people is desirable, especially within SEN or mainstream settings
