The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

* Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher.

* Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.

* Support students to remain engaged with their learning.

* Record attendance and provide feedback to teaching staff.

* Build positive relationships with students and school staff.

No planning or marking is required.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from candidates who have:

* Experience working with secondary-aged children or young people.

* Strong communication and classroom management skills.

* Confidence leading a classroom independently.

* A flexible and positive attitude.

* A passion for education.

Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from:
