The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise whole classes during teacher absence.
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
Maintain positive behaviour and classroom expectations.
Ensure pupils remain engaged with learning.
Provide feedback to teaching staff following each lesson.
Follow school safeguarding procedures at all times.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

Have experience working with young people.
Are confident leading groups of students.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Can build positive relationships quickly.
Have an Enhanced DBS or are willing to obtain one.
